No missions E~D rank Jutsus. Bloodline (if there is one on the character) not yet activated. Apprentice for Blacksmith gets paid in exp. lvl 11-15 Genin. D rank Missions E~C Rank Jutsus. Bloodline Activated (if there is one on character) by doing special mission. Ramen Shop worker. Makes minimum wage. lvl 16-25 Chunin C rank Missions E~B rank Jutsus. Ability to work as an academy instructor (teacher) Makes A little more money lvl 26-30 Special Jounin B rank Missions E~A rank Jutsus. Ability to become Chunin Test instructor/conductor. Makes Med Money lvl 31-40 Jounin A rank Missions E~A+ Jutsus. Ability to become a Sensei for 3 genins at once. Gets paid by Federal Government for teaching Genins. High Money Lvl 41+ Sennin S rank Missions E~S rank Jutsus. Ability to train a ninja 1 per ninja. Gets paid double of Jounin. lvl 1+ ANBU. Gets chosen by Kage to become an Anbu member E~S Rank Jutsus. Paid for killing bounty ninjas. lvl 1+ ANBU Captain. Gets chosen by kage to become an Anbu Captain. Can summon Anbus. E~S Jutsus. Paid Lvl 1+ Kage. Gets picked by village. Elected by Village. E~S+ Jutsus. All missions. Can get money from village bank for free.
