well, this may not be very helpful, but i am trying to teach my self while experimenting to teach others.

now is this choji finished? NO this is rather sucky, it needs to be more realistic, i will post an update later after i finish it, but until you are better at characters, i wouldn't bother reading better tutorials, i am actually learning each time i make a new char. i am getting better and better!

The hair is ok.. hair tends to be asymmetric and that makes it a bit more real. But his leg... one of them is fatter than the other one... Shocked

(edit; maybe thats just the shading on it...)

Also, the jacket could use more work... it looks like he has no arms and just hands coming out of the sides of his waist...
