Maybe when the Rasengan when it makes impact but not while it is in somebody's hand. Just fill up more blue and make the middle white circle smaller, I think that should solve it . MAKE THE WHITE CORE SMALLER SO THAT THERE IS MORE BLUE THAN WHITE AND IT WOULD LOOK MORE LIKE THE RASENGAN.
