Server Side:
    Fixed error not respawning users.
    Fixed error not calculaing # of deaths and kills in database.
    Fixed error not letting multiple people in games.



Client Side:
    Fixed errror not removing users who leave game before game starts.
    Fixed error not showing game name when in title when joining game
